To get to where you want to go, it’s possible that you need a space where you’re allowed to slow down first.

Life coaching clients should estimate that they are at a 0 or higher on the scale above. For those below a 0, working with a therapist may be a better fit. It is possible to see both a therapist and a life coach at the same time!

Need to Know:

  • Clients must be 18 years or older

  • Sessions are 60 minutes of semi-structured 1 on 1 conversation

  • Setting: in person (outdoors if you’re willing and able) or on video chat

  • 10-minute grace period for the client and coach to show up to sessions. We could all use some breathing room in our schedules!

  • Coach will send you a follow-up email recapping main insights in the session and action steps for next time
