Working with Breathing Room is simple.

Step 1: Before you commit to anything

  • Schedule a totally free informational chat with Gilbert that can last from 5-30 minutes depending on where our conversation goes. Link here

  • Must be at least 18 years or older to be a client. No exceptions. Breathing Room may ask you for an ID to verify age if necessary.

Step 2: The Start

  • First Intake Session (FREE): Take stock of everything going on in your life in this complimentary 75-minute session. No payment or contract necessary. All new clients start out with this session. Before the session, I’ll send you something called the Life Satisfaction Survey, where you’ll be able to evaluate different areas of your life and get an overview of how things are going for you.

  • We’ll discuss your survey and your specific goals for life coaching. This helps us get familiar with one another and helps me understand your background before going deeper into subjects in future sessions.

  • Determine whether the support you’d receive from Breathing Room would help you get to where you want to go.

Step 3: Truly Creating Your Breathing Room:

  • Sign up for one of these options after you finish the First Intake Session and want some more Breathing Room:

  • 5 1-Hour Sessions

  • 8 1-Hour Sessions: You’ll get a discount for your commitment

  • Near the end of each session: we’ll discuss action steps you’re going to take so that you can keep making progress on your own

  • After each session: I’ll send you a summary email with what we talked about so you can recall the new insights that you made during our time together

Step 4: The Breathing Room Limit Does Not Exist (shoutout Mean Girls):

  • Sign up for this option after you finish one of the packages above. You can sign up for this as many times as you want.

  • 3 1-Hour Sessions

  • 5 1-Hour Sessions: You’ll get a discount for your commitment
